Mr. Forster graduated with distinction from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ Medical School at King’s College London in 2010. His first-class honours degree in Health Psychology reflects his deep understanding of the psychological impact of urological conditions

• Contributing to pioneering research on Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) in surgical patients
• Completing his FRCS Urology in 2019 after extensive training in Yorkshire and London
• Working in leading tertiary stone units at Royal Free Hospital and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust

His expertise in kidney stone care and obstructed kidney management has helped shape advanced urological treatments across the UK.

Mr Forster is a passionate advocate for providing the best patient experience and has led several patient safety initiatives which ensure patients get excellent care. He works closely with colleagues in radiology, anaesthetics and medical specialties to ensure that patients get complete and safe care. He often provides second opinions for patients who feel they have not had their urology symptoms understood or investigated. He takes the time to listen and assess older patients with urine problems to ensure they are treated with dignity and get the appropriate treatment safely.

In recognition of his leadership and service improvement he received Clinical Excellence Awards in 2023 and 2024 before being appointed as Wexham Park Urology Clinical Lead and Frimley Health Cross-site deputy lead in 2024.
